I originally got into fitness through swimming, where I learned discipline, endurance, and body awareness early on. Later, after a skateboarding injury that left me with multiple broken bones, I turned to strength training during recovery with the goal of rebuilding myself and becoming stronger than before.
That process sparked a deeper passion for movement, performance, and resilience. Through the guidance of coaches and mentors, I learned how transformative thoughtful training can be, not just physically, but mentally as well. Now, I aim to help others stay active, build strength, and develop confidence in their bodies for the long term.
